Special Pricing in Line 50 V10

Please help, I have noticed that users wanting to access special pricing are now having to wait approx. 2 mins to get into special pricing... Is there any way to speed this up? We are on a server client network (TCP/IP) with gigabit link and running the latest service pack. On the server itself it is in within 5 seconds but over the network as I said 2 mins.

how many items do you have in special pricing?
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
