Hi,

trying to design a report to give the product proft report in % with the total for each Department, got the departments but can't get the total % at the end of the dept.

Can anyone help

Have you got totals for sales and cost of sales for each department?

Make sure they have sensible names and then use their names to calculate the %

There are huge differences in the report writers, really need to know which version of Sage 50 you are running.
