Problem with invoices in Sage Line 50

Version: 10.02.0023

When entering invoices into sage, the invoices will not appear in the list but when I search for the invoice number the invoice shows up.

I have changed the view options in the invoice list.

The invoices do eventually show up but it seems to take around 24hours or a server restart.

This sounds like an indexing problem,

go into file>maintenance,
run check data,
assuming no errors backup,
reindex data (choose all files)
