multi use reports

Post by sheilad » 26 Jul 2010, 14:04

We have a sage line 50 financial controller multi user version 12
I have designed a report and would like all the users to be able to access it from their own machines but it only appears on the machine that designed the report, how to I make it appear on all machines.

Backup reports only

Chang ehte setting in Settings>Company Preferences>Reporting to have the "use data path" ticked

restore your reports

Now go to each workstation and tick that box.
