Re: exporting to excel
What version of Sage 50 is this? Financial Controller was replaced by Pro, so it is "older" but is it the old or the new report designer?

Re: exporting to excel
It is Line50 Financial Controller V12, but the Report Designer that's on it seems to be V9.

Run the Screen based Aged Debtors/Creditors NOT the report
Go to File>Send>Contents to Microsoft Excel

In the customer module click on the 4th icon on the tool bar labelled aged
or right click on the customer area and chose aged analysis

Re: exporting to excel
Is it OK to sneak in to this thread now the original question is answered?
I export a stock list to CSV, but it converts all minus values to positive ones, which gives me a problem. I can get round it by ordering the stock list by quantity, but would rather be able to export everything!
Is there any way to make it keep the minus values?
