Transaction e-mail

Post by michael » 09 Oct 2009, 14:57

We tried to set up transaction e-mail recently – this has been a disaster.

We have been told that Sage have an unresolved problem with this facility and I would appreciate any assistance

We are frequently blocked from using Sage with the following message:

“You cannot access VAT Return** because transaction e-Mail is logged in on machine Sage_T-eMail.”

** (this appears with various applications in addition to VAT Return)

We need to resolve this urgently – we can manage without transaction e-mail if it does not work.

I have e-mailed Sage but they have not yet replied

Iwould much appreciate any advice.

That tends to suggest that either Tmail is still in use or it was abnormally exited...

Deleting queue.dta will clear the user list and let you get at single-user mode modules.
