i use sage line 50 instant accounts v14..
does anyone know how to "unreconcile" an account? i tried just deleting the report but that doesnt work and im unsure how to import my back up.. i dont mind loosing some work-even if it did take the whole day to complete! please help!

Generally you can not.
Are you talking bank, supplier, customer account.
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming
