Sage 50 Customer Receipts

Hi all. Just started using Sage 50 a few months ago and finding my way around quite nicely. Some of our customers sometimes ask for printed receipts to be sent to them, is there a way of doing this easily in Sage?

Print off an invoice, with the words "Paid with thanks" added to it?
