Printing VAT reports on Sage 50 2009

I can calculate the VAT with no problem but I am unable to print anything. When I hit the print button it just gets stuck - it doesn't get to the box where it should ask which reports I want and if I want to preview or print. Eventually I give up waiting and try to close the box but it just comes up with the message that the program is not responding. I then have to end task which closes Sage completely. I have had no problems printing anything else from Sage so I don't think the printer is at fault.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

sounds like your using VAT cash accounting.
known issue after upgrading.
call sage support for the fix, they will help you regardless of cover on this.
