Please help!! We are currently operating on Sage 50 accounts client manager, with windows vista. The problem we have is that when I try and backup or use maintenance sage is telling me that Manager is logged in on machine ..... which happens to be the same machine we are using (we are not networked) although the pc no in the bottom left corner is different (this changes each time we log in) we log on on manager each time also. I have tried to search for queue.dta but it cannot be found.
We have multiple companies on this sage and all operate just fine apart from one!! It is now getting urgent as we have a VAT return due and it wont let me do it as Manager is logged on!!
Any help or ideas would be gratefully appreciated.

does it ask you if you want to clear the user?
