Post by dfletcher » 31 Jul 2008, 22:09

Hi Everyone

I want to move my customers and suppliers to a new company in Line 50 V12 is there a quick way to do this without having to type them all in again?

Thanks for help in advance

PS I have tried to move to excel but it does not give full customer account details I dont want the balances or activity just the name acc. number and address etc.

Thanks

Use the csv export reports and then use Sage import utility.

It does not do everything but it does most.

If you are setting up a new company, you can restore the old company and then use the rebuild option to remove all the transactions, this would allow you to keep suppliers, stock codes, nominals as well.
