Amending cost price

Post by JAS » 25 Jun 2008, 14:23

Can anybody tell me how to amend the cost price. On occassion I book stuff into stock prior to finalising the total cost price and therefore I use a averageish price. I've tried to amend the price after I have the actuals but it keeps returning to the original price I put in. When I print my average cost price report it also isn't accurate. HELP PLEASE, JAS.

Remove the items from stock at the wrong price and then put them back into stock at the right price.

It might be possible to write a routine that could revalue stock using our integration kit. Not sure how one would be able to specify which batch of stock one applied the revaluation to though. I guess a date, a product code and a price would be one way.
