Hi All
Our company is a manufacturer who has many different clients who can be assigned to one of many different agents. I have recently discovered the agent commission report in the customer report but when i input the relevent dates i can get no information. I am presuming this is because we have not 'tied' an agent to a client but thats a mere guess. How can i run off individual agent reports for any given timescale along with commmissions. If possible at all.....
thanks

The Agents report uses one of the analysis fields on the customer, so you have to put and agent reference into the analysis field.

thanks for the response
when you say an agents reference needs to be input, does this refer to their individual nominal code?
thanks
