how can i export this report into a excel spreadsheet

Depends on the version of Sage 50 you are using.

The guaranteed way is to print to file and change the type to CSV.

You will get "extra" mess.

There are better/easier ways as well

For example if you use the screen aged creditors/debtors you can go File>Send>Excel
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
