I apologise if this has been covered before - perhaps someone could point me in the right direction?
I have upgraded Instant Accounts to Line 50, or at least I thought I had. The layout has changed to that of Line 50, but I am missing key elements such as BOM which I am particularly interested in.
I have installed Line 50 as a test on a different machine and BOM appears no problem, but on the main machine we use, the upgrade hasn't worked (also the login screen only asks for a password as in Instant Accounts, not a username and password as with Line 50).

Probably the problem is that you have not entered the new keycode.
Tools>Activation>Upgrade program.
