Stocks allocation issues

i'm a newbie in line 50 . I need help please !

for Example i got a Purchase order of item 200pcs . i received only part delivery from supplier which is 100 pcs another half will arrived a weeks later. i try to allocated the qty in to what customers had place order for example 160pcs . but the system only allow me to allocate 100pcs. any idea how can i let the system allow me to do it ?

You can't allocate the stock you don't yet have, you have to wait for it to be delivered before you can allocate.

It would be a nice enhancement to be able to allocate stock that is on order.
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
