Remittance Advice Printing Misses a Few!

Hi

Here's a strange one. When selecting multiple cheque payments and printing remittance advices, Sage misses some out. It appears to be random which ones get missed. For example, when printing a total of 4, the 3rd one may be missed. When printing a total of 10, the third, six, seventh and ninth are being missed. Printing individually is fine, but time consuming when dealing with 20 - 30 cheques at a time.

Any ideas?

What version of Sage?

Are you printing Cheques or Remittance Advices or is this on both?

Have you tested this using some of the "Standard" unmodified cheques and remitance advices (ie are you sure it is not your layout causing the problem)

Hi Bruce

We are printing just remittance advices and yes, the layout has been altered to recently to print to a laser printer rather than a dot matrix printer (which was misaligning the printouts so that the bottom of one remittance advice would drop onto the next page).

The version of Sage is 11.01.

Does the standard layout work?

Is this a problem with your layout or with sage?
