Set a Printer to default SOP

Hi
How do i set a Printer as the default 1 for SOP and then another Printer for Invoices? Im currently using V11 which works but this problem is bugging me, please help. Also one of the printers rolls the paper up 2 far which never happened with my previous version of sage, please help.

Print to preview, select the printer and then print, when Sage asks if you want to save changes say yes, it will then "remember" which printer, number of copies etc to use.

sounds like an old tractor fed dot matrix printer

Did you change the PC as well as sage? It could be the printer driver. The distance could be significant, it could be that it is using an A4 papersize instead of 11".

does that sound possible?
