Can't get into Sage, it says there is someone already logged
I have Sage Line 50 Financial controller version 11. Earlier today Sage crashed. When I restarted it the and tried to open the correct company account it said that there was someone already logged in and therefore I could not access anything. Sage is not password protected and you don't have to log in because it is a very small company and only I ever use it. What can I do? I'm completely stuck. Desperately need help.
