sage 50 cloud is not openning

I am trying to open my sage but its not opening just showing initial screen, i attached as screenshot.

Is this a fresh install?

Has it been working in the past?

Has this happened after a reboot?

What AntiVirus software are you using?

Its not new install. Earlier its working fine but today its power cut for a minute and then its stop to open.
For other machine in network is working fine.

Its not opening so I reboot the system but still not working. No window update.

Sounds like a file has been damaged by the powercut.

A reinstall would be my first suggestion, hopefully it will overwrite the damaged file and all will be good.
