Report Path in Sage50 cloud
Report Path in Sage50 cloud
How can we identify report path for standard and custom report?
Standard report are specified in the drive where sage is installed.
For custom report taking reference from c drive.
If we want to upload new custom report, we have to upload all users c drive individual.
How we we upload to global path so everyone can access from there?

Re: Report Path in Sage50 cloud
Standard and custom reports both use the same folder structure either on the local machine or on the server with the data.
To use the server for all reports you need to select "use data path for reports" in Settings>Company Preferences>Reporting If you want to find the location of a report in the structure, right click on it and choose the option Show in Explorer, this will open the folder in Explorer and highlight the report.
Hope this helps,

I customised one report and save it on server location, but still report path showing me in local drive.
But when I go to sever report path, the report is there.
How it is possible?

Re: Report Path in Sage50 cloud
You can have 2 files in 2 locations there is no problem with that.
Did you change the "use data paths for report flag?"
Try closing and reopening Sage to clear it's report cache.

Re: Report Path in Sage50 cloud
I selected the path "use data path for reports" in Settings>Company Preferences>Reporting but still report is picking the path of local drive.
I delete the report from local drive and kept on server drive. Then the report disappear from sage.
How can I kept customised report in server drive.

What you are describing is not how sage works.
Go to help>About and check what the data path is.
