Problems with statements Line 50 V5

Post by weekenny » 12 Jul 2007, 12:42

Hi there, Ive problems doing the statements (aged 30 60 90 older). When i right click customer then select statement i select the A4 with tear off part. It stated the margins are off and when i select auto fix all it goes haywire! If i look at the prieview all the type is in the same spot and cant be made out. Is it a printer setup problem as when i go to check paper it has nothing for A4 or anything? Any help would be great! :)

Sounds like a printer driver problem.

Sage remembers printers and settings

Make sure you have a working printer driver and it is set as default.

Remove any old printers / drivers

Print to preview and select the correct printer and print from preview.

V5 is Very old, V9 is going end of life at the end of this month. Might be time to upgrade to V2008.
