Cannot produce Daily Transaction reports!

Post by mediator88 » 28 Jun 2007, 14:23

I am completely baffled by this guys, after entering the invoices for the day, I then wish to produce a daily transaction report which was simply on the existing system.

However when i click reports I cannot expand the Daily Transaction reports folder to choose a report to run!

Any help would be very much appreciated

"existing system" Have you moved your installation, reinstalled or something?

Is this a single user or network version?

Using windows explorer go to:

C:\Program Files\Sage\Accounts\REPORTS\Customer\Daily Transaction Reports\

See if you can see 2 files there Sl_Dayd.srt and Sl_Days.srt

Yeah i can see the two files, thats what baffels me so much about it! Just when clicking reports and then attempting to generate them, the files are not shown at the root menu!

Have you ticked the option, "use data paths for reports" in settings>company preferences>reports ?
