S1 not working

Hi,
I hope you can help. We've all logged out of Sage due to an upgrade in number of seats taking place in our networked Sage at work. However, now that we have done so when my colleague tries to enter an S1 into a new Purchase Order, it shuts Sage down. We can all do it fine, and he can enter an S1 into a Sales Order without problem. It just seems to be the Purchase Order. it's just as he types S that it shuts down, so this is an error even when he wants to enter a pre-loaded product code starting with S. Does anyone have any advice?

Sounds like a data issue.

Check data and run the reindex and compress option.
For just about anything Sage :- Discount subscriptions, pay-as-you-go support, application integration, reports, layouts, linked excel spreadsheets, analysis or any other help making life with sage easier/less time consuming Contact me.
