I want to get a report on the sales levels for each product category. Is there a report in Sage that will give me this or do I have to write a custom report? If so what are the fields I need?

Sage Ln 50 v14.
When I go to a Sales Order & click on the Despatched Tab, I can see the various Despatch Notes allocated to an order. Can I edit the format of this GDN in Report Designer?

There is a standard report on Sage to show back orders- how can I edit the report to show only the amounts outstanding and not the complete order?

Paying Commission to Staff on Sales Orders
I am running Sage V14.
At the end of the month I need to pay sales staff a commission on completed sales orders i.e. despatched. The sales persons name is in the taken by field on the sales order.
Is there a report that will give me this information ?

Thanks for your help - I am using the new report designer (for some reason it will not copy and past properly between different reports).
It is an existing install but I was saving the .layout files in the layout folder on the network not on my local machine as many people wish to use the .layout ...

For some reason Sage keeps on removing the layouts I create from the SOP Delivery Note printing options. When I click Despatch and try to print a delivery note the layouts are no longer visible. I also have problems when I create a new layout - it is not in the list of printable reports ...

How can I add a payment to a sales order? I can use the cash sale button for in stock items but how do I show that a Sales Order has been paid for when the items are not in stock?

Thanks for your help - I am running a networked of Ln 50 version 14. I have isolated the problem in that it is only for completed orders that I cannot print a despatch note - is this a default setting? It is handy to print s despatch note even if the order is complete as sometimes Despatch notes ...
