Thank you for your response.
We treating them in payroll. We deduct the childcare voucher before Total Gross amount on Payroll (before Tax Deduction).
We don't want to analyse the expenditure, just the cost of employment.
We are buying them through an agent and have a purchase invoice ...

Childcare Voucher
Hi, one our employee claim childcare voucher. How can I recorded on Sage 50? I assume the childcare cost go under 2250 (Childcare vouchers), but I am not sure for admin fee - please advise for Nominal. Can you please help me with the journal entry.
