Sorted. This was done with Sage Instants. Install Sage onto new laptop re-name all 'Sage' folders to 'sage old' (make sure you have turned off hidden folders) then take all Sage folders from old laptop and place them in their corresponding places. Jobs a good un.

My customer doesn't want the motherboard repaired but wants their data back. They thought they had been doing backups onto a memory stick but there is nothing on there. I looked on the faulty laptop incase they had been backing up on there by mistake but nothing there either. They have given me a ...

Hi I am trying to get a copy of sage instants working. The laptop with the installation has failed due to it's motherboard breaking.
