We sell products for medical purposes so some invoices are raised without VAT. Is there any report I can print from Sage to tell me which invoices have been raised without VAT.
I need to make sure we have VAT exemption forms for all the invoices raised without VAT.

Hi I have tried to do a journal if I back date it to last year it does not effect the fiquire, if I do it for this year the fiquire goes into the suspense account, I tried to do an internal credit to a misc customer and that goes into the suspense account too.

Hi all just to let you know I have found out a way of seeing the data I have cleared, go to modules, financials, reports then on the left hand side you can print a report of cleared audit trails.

Yes i definitely won't clear the audit trial until year end is fully complete, I wasn't sure what effect it had I do now though thanks for your help.
