A client has sage line 50 accountancy package he has bought a dot matrix printer and a box of 'compatible 3 page paper SP208689. The air is a little blue as I cannot get the template correct How do I print using this paper please and which template should I use . I align my report on the screen and once it prints it doesent line up should I be selecting a different layout if so which one. would appreciate some assistance here

I do not know the specific paper you are referring to.

My guess is that you have 11" paper and you are printing using an a4 layout and the print is "walking down the page"

If you can give a clear description of how the print is compared to how it should be, I can try and help.
