Uninstall, delete any "remains" and reinstall.
You have checked that this is the PC, not the userid used to log in?
not printing

To be clear, the PC hangs when you preview, but not when you print.
It does this if you log in as any user
It only affects this one PC
You have not applied all the Sage updates and patches from the Sage Support Website so start by applying them. (Keep the downloaded copy to reapply to all other workstations/ future additional client installs)
Did you remove all the "remains" in %Program Files%\Common Files\Sage... ?
Can you print to file.. and more specifically to PDF?
Can you print to email?
Have you installed any other Sage products onto this PC eg Payroll?

so printing to pdf does work?
When you "cleaned" the un-installation you needed to also remove the remnants form the common files / sage directories.
It would also be a good idea to remove the application data / sage contents.
Now you have problems, it would be a good idea to apply the updates.
