i use sage line 50 instant accounts v14..
does anyone know how to "unreconcile" an account? i tried just deleting the report but that doesnt work and im unsure how to import my back up.. i dont mind loosing some work-even if it did take the whole day to complete! please help!

Are you talking bank, supplier, customer account.

it was the bank.. i just restored instead and am re-doing it. thanks for the reply!!
