Sage Helpline alternatives

Hi,
Our Sage support has just expired and i am looking at alternatives.
We are a fairly small company and 700 odd quid is not really worth the cover for the amount we use it.
Does anyone know if there is anyone out there who offer alternatives to using sage directly, really we only need access to a help line and possibly a report designer service.
A pay as you use option would be good.
