Please can someone advise me which nominal code to use for a lease contract, this is not a HP agreement and know where this is located.

I hate to say it but, it depends on the lease.
These could all be treated differently.
Shop lease (25 years with 5 year reviews)
House Lease (3 month notice)
Car Lease (3 years no right to buy)
Copier lease (2 years right to buy at end of lease)
Phone system (5 years, followed by peppercorn rent)
Software lease
