Printing Reports

Can anybody tell me how to get the headers/titles & columns on the templates to print when printing reports (e.g. remittances, statements etc.). We print onto blank paper & it just looks a bit odd without the headers over the columns.

I'm using version 11

The templates are just a guide, you need to add the words to the layout to make them print.
