I am using version 15.00 SAGE line 50
When I run VAT report for the quarter it calcutes the VAT figures but when I try to print it it hangs. I have to cancel out of the VAT screen and when I do I get an error message "End program- the program is not responding ..."
I have installed all SAGE updates
Can anyone advise

Can you print other reports?
Can you print layouts?
Can you print the report to Preview?
What printers have you got installed?

I have just come across exactly the same problem. Did you ever resolve it and if so how?

known issue. on certain data sets after upgrading, if using VAT cash accounting it hangs, it is fixed by restore a report backup from the website.

a workaround is to backup, reconcile, then print it from the manage vat archive, then restore the backup.
or just reconcile then print

call sage for the fix, they will show you what to do.
