Send emails out automatically

Post by sam1896 » 09 Oct 2008, 09:41

I am sending out multiple emails to my customer list using Sage report designer.

I cannot seem to stop my out look from alerting me every time I send an email automatically - this would not be a problem if I was just sending one or to but I am send 300 - 500 and the alert is popping up for each email.

Is there any way to stop this??? :( PLEASE HELP

Yes,

In the report designer on the email settings, there is an option to send straight away rather than putting them in your box, not sure if you are using this?

Otherwise sounds like an outlook problem. Probably need to turn security down dangerously low to get rid of it.

The latest version of sage can send directly, without using outlook at all.

If you would like to know the cost of upgrading...
