Sage 50 Accounts - How to import stock from a CSV

Hi Fellow Sagers
I have a problem which i cannot work out or even find out if it is possible to do!
I am running Sage 50 Accounting V 14.0.12.153, i have a CSV exported from a friends copy of sage with all their products on which we now want to import onto our system, as there are 2,500 products we really need to be able to do the import if not its hours typing in product codes and descriptions!
Can anybody help me before i go mad????
