Locked out - Line 50 2007

Post by Alvin » 09 Aug 2008, 17:11

After trying to going through the "convert data to the current version" routine, I received a message telling me that conversion had failed, and that I would have to re-initiallise on re-booting Sage. I was then taken out of the programme.

On trying to get back in, I get a message saying "Unable to access this company" & am locked out. Is there any way I can get back in?

Sounds like the data is corrupt.

What version of Sage 50 are you running?

Yes - I think the data was corrupt!

I just found out this morning what files I have to delete to get in again!

Thanks for responding
