Line 50 Customer Activity / Invoices

Hi there,

I have a customer who has Line 50 Financial Controller V11.
On 1 networked pc they can look into a customers record and the activity and drill down to find an invoice, click on it and bring up the invoice.
This is nice and simple to find the info by customer.

However on another brand new networked pc this is not the case the drill down won't reveal the invoice when clicked on and they have to note the invoice number, go into invoice and search for it, a bit of a pain.

Both pc's run XP Pro with SP2 off a SBS 2003 client server network.

Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this issue please,

they should double click to drill down into the invoice.

Single clicking on the little plus sign to the right should drill into the items, does that work?

no for some reason that doesn't work.
it does on another computer but not this new one I have added to the network?

Maybe the best way to resolve this is to address the need to upgrade in the next 12 months due to the end of life of V11 happening.

As they will almost certainly want to upgrade during the year, upgrading now will resolve the problem. As v2009 is not yet released and could have issues as a new release, my suggestion would be to buy the upgrade now and then download 2008 and install it for the moment and do the upgrade to 2009 later.
