Username logged in

When I try to open Sage (V11.01) it tells me:
"The username is already recorded as logged in on another computer. Logging in with the same user name may cause data corruption. To login with this user name you must first ensure that the active session is closed"

My Sage is not linked to another computer so nobody else is using it! This problem occurred due to my computer restarting itself automatically after Microsoft downloaded updates, I was away from my computer at the time & Sage was open. It has happened once before & I tried uninstalling Sage & reinstalling it but to no avail, I called in a company to fix it & it took them about 2 mins, apparently it is caused by a programme within Sage being left running (or something like that!) I have tried to contact the company again but looks like they are no longer in existence. It is obviously easy when you know how to do it (like everything), has anybody come across this before & do they know the answer?

You have crashed out, the quick solution is to delete the queue.dta file from the accdata directory.
