Hi All,

Our project list is getting very long as there are projects that are finished and no longer need to be on that active list. How do I go about de-activating non active projects and what happens to them after that? Once we've changed a project to non acitve would we still be able to access that project elsewhere?

To change the status, just open the record and use the drop down box.

Once you change the status to completed it is then possible to delete them and get rid of them for ever.

You can "hide" records using the search box and filtering on status number.
