Missing Information

Post by raspberry77 » 30 May 2008, 12:53

Can anyone help!!!

I have entered some bank transactions and petty cash entries which have deducted from the supplier... and can be seen in the supplier activity..

However they do not appear if you go file, maintenance, corrections.....

The amounts have been deducted from the supplier balances and also the bank account figure & petty cash figure and the transaction numbers shown here but still not in the maintenance section.

I'm not qualified in accounts or this programme but I've never had this problem and have always been able to check the corrections section for transaction codes and entry problems.....

Help!!!

Thanks

Sounds like data corruption.

run check data and see if there are any errors.
