Transaction e mail

Post by devonia259 » 14 May 2008, 07:27

I am trying to set up transaction e mail using the E mail control panel. There are two option highlighted red. Transmission and Tax rates. I have gone into both and can find no problems yet I am still told that the system is 'unable to set default configuration'
What am I missing with the configuration.
I am using V 14 on vista business
Thanks Neil

In transmission are you using just outlook or are you also using folders?

If you are using folders, make sure they exist.

The tax code thing is one of the codes not being set in the defaults configuration so it comes up as blank (I think this is T9 which needs to be set to "O/S Scope")

It doesn't seem to care that all the codes above T9 are blank, but below T9 it wants everything to be set! Not fathomed out why that is.
