Recurring Entries Posting - Sage Closes Down - Help !

Post by johnfitton » 01 May 2008, 21:49

We are using V12 Fin Controller Multi user on XP Pro operating system. When Sage opens up and advises we have recurring entries to process, when we attempt to post these from the window that opens - as soon as we click "Post" Sage closes down resulting in us needing to re-open program, request to log ourselves out and then log back in again. The rest of Sage is working fine, the only changes we've recently made are adding another user with partial access and reinstalling sage on a new upgraded PC. When we try this on any PC using any of the 3 log in's it fails and closes whichever we try !

Does it work fine with this user name on the other PC's?

With other user names on other PC's?

No it doesn't work with any of these combinations, it just force quits and we have to log back in, it then says the users is already logged in "do we want to log the user out" we do so and it will only let us in if we choose not to post these recurring entries.
