I am teaching sage to some students and they have an exam next week. The issue is that I am not sure how to get them to personalise their work when they print out audit trail summaries etc.

I have tried to find a way to allow them to insert a name into a header or footer on the document but haven't had any success.

Surely there must be a way. Please help!

Append their name to the company name.

Settings>Company Preferences>

Or create a name based on it. "Bruce Denney Incorporated" B.D.I. sounds like big brother is watching...
