Several companies are setupin Line 50, however it appears that a couple of them have not had their data checked in some time.
There has also been an application upgrade applied (V11 SP1).
What are the possibilities of data corruption?
Is it just a case of suck it and see or can anything be put in place prior to any checks so more damage is not done?

If data has not been checked, then the risk exists. Backup before you check the data. Check the data every time you backup and unchecked backup could be worthless. Check data before any major change, year end, updating etc. (Normally a good idea to reindex and compress as well)
