SageForum for UK versions of Sage 50- Help and support.

We have 4 computers networked via a y drive and cannot integrate with the sage excel reporting function.
However on the independant laptops we use there is no problem.
Is it to do with the sage networked on y and excel on the c drive so they do not link to each other ??
How can I get round this, make it simple please !!!

Did you install from the CD or the NetSetup?

Hiya Bruce, we installed from the CD.
However we have sorted the problem, it was a faulty installation on the integrated reporting programme on the main computer
So we copied the relevant programme from a laptop installation.
You probably know this but I will tell you what we did.
My comp, prog files, common files,sage 50,
SGXLLINE50ADDIN.dll was the faulty installation which we replaced.
then register addins and it worked, and continues to work fine.
Hope this is of interest to someone else, it saves a heck of a lot of work in producing reports.
