stock amount warning

Post by Hanna » 21 Apr 2008, 12:40

Hi
I am running 2 companies in Sage. In one of the companies, when I enter products in a sales order, if I don't have sufficient stock a stock amount warning box will appear. This doesn't happen when I do the same in the other company. How can I change it so that I always get stock amount warnings?
Thanks in advance
Regards
Hanna

Have you got "allow negative stock turned on"

Are the stock records set to "non stock"

What version?

Hi

through checking everything between the 2 companies over I found the Allow Negative Stock option which was checked, so have sorted it all out.
thanks anyway.
