Cannot back-up due to transaction email problems

Hi there,

I'm using Sage 50 Accounts 2007 version 13.02.17.0126 CB on windows XP.
My Sage system seems to be all locked up due to a problem with the transaction email module. When I try to go into the email it starts to collect from email, then a dialog box pops up saying Runtime error '62': Input past end of file. When I click OK on that I just go back to the normal Sage screen.

If I try to back up, I get a message saying You cannot access Backup because Sage Transaction e-mail is logged in on machine Sage_T-email.

What have I done??
