Hope you can help !!!

I have 5 price files (with up to 11k products in them !!) that I have access to. Ideally I'd like to automate a pricing update in Sage to allow the sales guys to have pricing accurate to a day/week by downloading the price files into Sage. Is this possible ??? If not, is there any way that I can link the product to a company login on the centralised website for the individual pricing and the rep can enter it themselves ?? I'm concious that this involves creating Product codes through importing files (probably) . . .

Finally, does anyone know whether I can integrate Sales order processing into ACT 2008 so that an opportunity can be converted into an order and on selection cut a Sales Order in Sage ???

Thanks !!!!!!

Rich.

We have a link between Excel and price lists that would enable this.

Cost is £225 + a bit of support to get you going.

It can import and export just about "anything" into excel.

Price lists are just one of many things.

The scripting language means you don't have to get down and dirty with it.

You just save price lists as csv files from excel and this puts them in sage.

I have (i think) a customiser to do it somewhere. If you want something specific or if I can't find it then I would guess are around a £80 to set it up.
